Set high above the water with sweeping views across Pittwater, this Bayview renovation stands as one of the most expansive and rewarding projects completed by Oceanside Custom Building.

Located in one of Sydney’s most tightly held Northern Beaches enclaves, the home overlooks the tranquil expanse of Pittwater, a setting that strongly informed the design approach. The renovation was carefully planned to open up the home, bringing in natural light, improving flow, and creating a light, airy atmosphere that fully embraces its coastal location.

The scope of works was substantial. We extended the existing garage, converted the original roof space into a self contained maid’s quarters, and added a completely new upper level. This new storey includes multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and a generous living space that connects seamlessly with the maid’s quarters, creating a flexible, family friendly layout ideal for both everyday living and entertaining. The project was completed over a nine-month construction period.

Internally, the renovation transformed the home into a true entertainer’s delight. Open living zones flow effortlessly to outdoor areas, while elevated spaces capture cooling breezes and expansive Pittwater views. The result is a home that feels spacious, welcoming, and perfectly suited to relaxed Northern Beaches living.
